Due to the fact that all of my products are digital, they cannot be returned or exchanged. I cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. Please review the theme demos and features prior to purchasing. If you have specific questions, please contact me at [email protected] before you purchase.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
By purchasing a WordPress theme from my website, you agree to the following terms:
Each theme purchase may be used for ONE website only. If you are found in violation of this policy, you will be required to purchase additional licenses and/or immediately shut down all websites with unauthorized installations of the theme. I reserve the right to refuse future products and services to anyone found in violation of this policy. Additionally, by violating this policy, you will be refused any future customer support even if you purchase additional licenses after the initial violation.
If you are using this WordPress theme to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these web designs as your own.
You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.
You may not share the WordPress theme, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.
The design is copyrighted Louise McGuire and Louise McGuire owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography) included in your purchase and design.
THEME SUPPORT POLICY
I am happy to help you with issues relating to the WordPress theme itself, the install/build, the downloads, the provided files and any problems that might arise with these. Theme support will expire 6 months from the date of theme purchase.
Unfortunately, I do not have the capacity to help with general WordPress related questions, theme customizations, coding modifications or any problems that might arise from them, or any problems you are having with software. Specifically, theme support does not include the following:
– Theme support does not include services to modify or extend the theme beyond the original features, style and functionality as described on the theme product page and theme demo.
– Theme support does not include installation of the product on your own website or a client website.
– Theme support does not cover issues with your web hosting or server environment, or issues with the WordPress installation you have installed on your own website or a client website.
You will be entitled to receive all future updates to the theme for the lifetime of the product, until the product is removed from the shop.
If you violate the Copyright policies stated above, you will be refused any future theme support for the life of the product, regardless of if you purchase additional products or licenses from the shop.
