I’m so thrilled to share some of my favorite font pairings for feminine websites.
When it comes to fonts, there are many options out there – both free fonts and paid licenses. I am a huge believer in investing in premium fonts! Why? First, there is only a one-time cost for premium fonts. Pay for the license one time, and you can use the font forever.
Second, as a general rule – the premium fonts are just *better.* While free Google fonts are very good, you can find premium fonts that are more chic and sophisticated.
The premium fonts can feel more personal. It becomes easier to find something that feels like an extension of your personality. Investing in fonts means investing in your brand.

When designing themes, I often use a strategy of mixing premium fonts and free fonts. For the primary font, I will use a premium font. If the design includes a script font, I will also purchase that one too. For the more secondary fonts including subheadings, buttons, and paragraph text, I will use free Google fonts instead.
Another important consideration is to stay consistent with your fonts. If you are regularly rotating between several different fonts across your website and social media, it can seriously take away from your brand and cheapen the overall look.
When you are reviewing possible font pairings for feminine websites, be thoughtful and take your time. Select fonts that will work across all platforms, that you can keep using again and again, and will feel the most like you. With all the options out there, select fonts that you really, really love and won’t be tempted to stray from!
